Transaction limits
Luxon has limits on deposits and withdrawals from your account, limits on P2P transfers between Luxon users, as well as on deposits to merchants (poker rooms). Standard limits after account verification are presented in the table below.

What needs to be done to increase the limits?
If you have reached the limits set on your account, you need to write to Luxon support and request to increase the limits. If you regularly use your wallet and make deposits to merchants, then your limits will be raised without any questions. In some cases, support may request additional information about your transactions. VIP status does not affect the restrictions applied to your account in any way. The limits are raised step by step with each request; on average, the procedure takes 1-2 days.
It is impossible to request an increase in limits in advance without reaching the limits, but this rule does not apply to our players! When registering (or linking an old account) through us, the limits on your account are automatically increased to the following values:

Luxon Pay Mastercard
At the end of 2023, users from EU and UK will be able to issue a physical and virtual Mastercard debit card. You can order a card both on the website and in the Luxon Pay mobile application. There is no one-time fee for issuing a card for users with Noir and Premium status, and for Classic and Standard statuses the commission is 20 euros.

The amount of fees depends on the VIP status of your account. There are no fees for P2P transfers between Luxon accounts.
Deposits
The minimum deposit amount is 20 euros or the equivalent of this amount in the deposit currency.
- There are no fees when depositing through a bank account.
- When depositing via credit or debit card, depending on the region, fees may apply for Standard VIP status; there are no fees for Classic, Premium and Noir statuses.
- When depositing through cryptocurrencies, there are no clearly established fees; the fees varies depending on the region, payment provider and your VIP status (from 0.5% to 2%). IGP players have the opportunity to make free deposits regardless of status and region! Check details with our manager!
If you make a deposit with a bank card, the name in which the card is issued must match the name in which the Luxon account is opened, otherwise the deposit will be rejected or returned to your card after verification. Before depositing through a bank account, you must provide a bank statement to the support team and only then make a transfer. Withdrawals
- To the bank using Swift - a fee of 20 euros for Standard and Classic status and free for higher statuses.
- For a SEPA bank - a fee of 10 euros for Standard status and free for other statuses.
- A bank card, as in the case of a deposit, may be charged a fee for Standard status and vary depending on your region; there are no fees for higher statuses.
- For cryptocurrency, the fees varies depending on the status from 0.5% on Noir and up to 2% on Standard, but in addition to the predetermined fees, there are also processing fees, which, unfortunately, are not indicated before withdrawal.
