$13 млн GTD in WPT Asia Online Series at GGPoker
The GGPoker Network continues its massive assault on the poker series. According to some poker media insiders, GGPoker is going to host the WPT Asia Online Series.
The series will run from October 3rd to 25th, offering players over HK $100 million in guarantees (approximately $13 million), making the festival the largest Asian poker event ever.
The series is focused on Asian players, and as a result, eight different currencies will be presented in 22 events. Major regional tournaments will target players from Taiwan, Vietnam, Korea, Cambodia, the Philippines, Japan and Macau.
Among the classic WPT events, participants should expect tournaments such as Deepstacks, Superstack Classic and a number of other events.
