The situation around the Italian gambling operators as a whole and in particular with Planetwin365 remains tense. Company SKS365 which owns the brand Planetwin365 was claiming and continued to claim that the malefactors have used a well-known brand for conducting their fraudulent operations.
Recall that after the massive security operation codenamed "Jamm Jamm" which had been carried out by the Italian police in Southern Italy, the Planetwin365 brand was involved in a mafia scandal. However, the owner of the brand, the company SKS365, not simply dismisses any accusations but also says that the company is a victim, not the accused party.
SKS365 insists that all investigative measures around Planetwin365 were concerned persons and organizations that were not the part of the network Planetwin365 and weren't associated with the company anyway.
Moreover, SKS365 said that a long time ago they have been working closely with law enforcement authorities in Italy but in the interests of the investigation they had never disclosed this information. Company's representatives also promise to make every effort to protect its business reputation and honest name. However, to do this they need to provide the full range of evidence that sometimes can require appealing to the customer base of the poker room in order to identify individuals.
