On Tuesday, the US Senate voted in the affirmative an amendment on the infrastructure bill from President Biden. This is quite an important event, since the amendment called Warner-Sinema-Portman now obliges entities not related to the storage of cryptocurrency to file reports.
This category includes miners and software developers.
The amendment provoked heated debates and was met with controversial reactions.

In Russia, a contractor was chosen to develop a unified control system for cryptocurrency transfers. The tender was won by RCO which is part of the Rambler group.
The tasks set for the developers are quite commonplace: to track all crypto-transfers and make them as transparent as possible for law enforcement agencies.

In Ukraine, a law "On virtual assets" may be adopted. This is a backbone legally enforceable enactment that will regulate almost all areas of activity related to cryptocurrencies. For example, it will regulate the exchange of cryptocurrencies for fiat money, regulate and license the operation of cryptocurrency exchanges in Ukraine, and much more.
All this will have to be regulated by the National Service for the Regulation of the Circulation of Virtual Assets. The bill will be considered on a second reading.
