In March, the WPN announced a major reorganization of its tournament schedule. As a result, the total weekly guarantee rose by 13% to $10.6 million. However, a 35% increase in the number of weekly events would lead to a 34% increase in guarantees.

The main focus was on the improvement for micro limit grinders. The WPN increased the number of weekly micro and low buy-in tournaments by 37%, resulting in a 62% increase in guarantees.

In general, the reorganization is aimed at European players and regulars of micro and low MTT buy-ins. The following changes have been added for the High Rollers: $630 Sunday Morning with $100,000 GTD, and for the Sunday tournament ($215 buy-in), the guarantee has been increased to $150,000!
