Skrill/Neteller: cards stopped working
From today, November 25, 2016, plastic cards from Skrill and Neteller cease to work in more than 100 countries, including Ukraine, Russia and Belarus. Plus, card expiry date doesn't matter. Paysafe Group stated that they were forced to take this step due to certain circumstances. Skrill and Neteller cards will be available only in the SEPA zone (the single payment system in the euro area), which is 19 euro zone countries, 9 EU countries with their own currencies and 6 non-EU countries.
Anyway, users from CIS countries will also be available to make the usual withdrawal to the bank account (preferably in euros, in order to avoid forced conversion) and the card account. However, the downside is that the withdrawal will be carried out on regular credit cards.
For those who wants to anonymize own cashouts, we suggest to turn your attention to ecoPayz payment system, the review of which we have provided recently for your attention.
