Episode 1 - €500,000 GTD Season Opener (26/01 - 10/02/2025) - €100,000 guaranteed Season Opener Flighted Main event, €500,000 guaranteed across all “E1” events

Mechanics:

• Two Flighted KO tournaments:

o €30,000 GTD with a buy-in of €10 (“E1|SEASON OPENER MINI|DAY-2”) on 10/02/2025

o €100,000 GTD with a buy-in of €500 (“E1|SEASON OPENER|DAY-2”) on 10/02/2025

• Sunday Events:

o €75,000 GTD with a buy-in of €100 (“E1|€100 SUNDAY MAIN EVENT”) on 26/01/2025

o €50,000 GTD with a buy-in of €100 (“E1|€100 SUNDAY MYSTERIUM”) on 02/02/2025

o €100,000 GTD with a buy-in of €250 (“E1|€250 EL CLASSICO MAIN”) on 09/02/2025

• Satellites with Buy-ins ranging from €0.20 to €100.

• Promotion Period: Sunday 26/01/2025 to Monday 10/02/2025

• Revenue Mission Qualification Periods:

o Week 1: 26/01/2025 00:00 GMT – 02/02/2025 23:59 GMT (8 days, Sunday - Sunday)

o Week 2: 03/02/2025 00:00 GMT – 10/02/2025 19:45 GMT (8 days, Monday - Monday)

• Satellite Mission Qualification Period: 26/01/2025 00:00 GMT – 10/02/2025 19:30 GMT
• Knock Out Mission Qualification Period: 26/01/2025 00:00 GMT – 11/02/2025 08:00 GMT
• “€5,000 E1 Freeroll”: on 11/02/2025 at 18:00 GMT

HOW IT WORKS

Opt in once per mission for the mission qualification periods.

Complete Weekly Revenue (Low, Medium or High), Satellite and Knock Out missions to get the entry tickets to the €5,000 E1 Freeroll and “E1: €X Satellite Ticket” tickets.

Entry Tickets

 TERMS & CONDITIONS

1. The promotion will commence from 26/01/2025 till 10/02/2025 (“promotion period”).
2. Greenwich Mean Time (GMT/UTC) applies to all times stated.
3. To participate in the missions, players must opt in via the poker software once per mission for the duration of the mission qualification period.
4. Maximum amount of “E1: €5 Satellite Ticket“ entry tickets issued for completing the Low revenue mission: 1 per player per week during the mission qualification period.
5. Maximum amount of “E1: €15 Satellite Ticket” entry tickets issued for completing the Medium revenue mission: 1 per player per week during the mission qualification period.
6. Maximum amount of “E1: €50 Satellite Ticket“ entry tickets issued for completing the High revenue mission: 1 per player per week during the mission qualification period.
7. Maximum amount of “€5,000 E1 Freeroll” entry tickets issued for completing the Satellite & Knock out mission: 1 per player per mission during the mission qualification period.
8. Some “E1” main events may replace similar regular network tournaments on the date of each main event.
9. Satellites will award entry tickets which can only be used in Episode 1 – Season Opener related tournaments (“E1”) whilst the Promotion is in progress.
10. “E1: €XX Satellite Ticket”, “E1: €500 Ticket“ and “E1: €XX autoreg” entry tickets are non-refundable, non-transferable and cannot be converted to cash. “E1: €XX Satellite Ticket” and “E1: €500 Ticket“ entry tickets expire 2 months after having been issued. After the Promotion they will be linked to all tournaments. “Autoreg” entry tickets expire on 11/02/2025. “General €XXX Ticket“ entry tickets expire 2 months after having been issued.
11. The “€5,000 E1 Freeroll” will be capped at 5,000 maximum entrants.
12. “€5,000 E1 Freeroll” entry tickets expire on 12/02/2025.
13. If a tournament is cancelled or interrupted, RedStar will return the buy in or the network tickets to the players and they will be able to register for the next available event. RedStar will not offer any additional compensation to the players if the event is cancelled or interrupted, unless otherwise agreed between the parties.
14. We are not responsible for any adverse effects any participants experience throughout the use of their prize.
15. RedStar Administration and iPoker Network reserve the right to amend or cancel this Promotion or amend these terms: (i) without notice if the change or cancellation is a result of any legal or regulatory change; or (ii) for any other valid reason by giving you notice in advance of the change, provided that such change or amendment shall not have a detrimental effect on players that have already participated in missions pursuant to this Promotion.
16. Players may not create more than one account on RedStar poker room website for the purpose of entering the Promotion. If there is any reason to believe that there has been a breach of these Terms, we reserve the rights, at our sole discretion, to exclude a Player from participating in the Promotion or to refuse to award a Prize to a Player's account.
17. If such a breach occurs, the RedStar administration may, at its discretion, close all such a Player’s accounts.
18. In addition to these rules, all of the normal network rules and RedStar Terms & Conditions apply.
